The TRIPX Early Access pre-registration costs ₹999 and is fully refundable. This page explains how to cancel and how to get your money back.
What this covers
This page covers the “TRIPX Early Access pre-registration”, priced at ₹999 (INR). It is a pre-registration, not a purchase of the TRIPX pod. The product’s design, mount, specifications and final price aren’t finalised and will be announced later. Free email pre-registration takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
Refunds
- Full refund, any time before the product ships. You can ask for the full ₹999 back on request at any time before the TRIPX product ships.
- Back to where it came from. Refunds go to the original payment method you used.
- Timeline. We process a refund within 7 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to show it in your account.
Cancellations
- You can cancel the pre-registration at any time.
- Cancelling ends your Early Access ordering priority.
How to ask
Email hello@thetripx.in from the email address you registered with, and say you’d like to cancel your Early Access pre-registration and/or get a refund.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). We don’t see or store your card or bank details.
After the product is on sale
Once the final product is ready to order, its normal return, refund and warranty terms will be published at the time of sale. They are not set out here.
