Early Access
What is TRIPX Early Access?
A way for riders to get first access to TRIPX. There are two options: a free pre-registration, and the Early Access pass for ₹999. Pass holders can buy 7 days before the public launch, with a launch discount. Free registrants can buy 3 days before the public launch. Neither is an order or a reservation of a unit.
Is the ₹999 pass refundable?
Yes, 100%. You can ask for the full ₹999 back at any time while you hold the pass, and it goes back to the original payment method. It is not credit towards the price of TRIPX. See Refunds & Cancellations for how to ask and how long it takes.
When do I pay?
The ₹999 is taken only if you choose the Early Access pass, and only once it is open for payment. While the product page says Opening soon, nothing is taken. Free pre-registration never asks for payment. TRIPX itself is paid for later, at its final price, and only if you decide to buy.
Does the pass buy me a product?
No. The pass does not buy a product, a delivery date or guaranteed stock, and is not an investment.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel at any time. Email hello@thetripx.in from the address you registered with to cancel or to ask for your ₹999 back. Cancelling ends your priority access.
I am already on the free list. Can I still buy the pass?
Yes. Choose the Early Access pass on the product page with the same email address. Once your payment is confirmed the pass replaces your free registration, so you are counted once and hear from us once.
Price and launch
How much will TRIPX cost?
The final price is not set yet. The TRIPX price, including GST, will be below ₹6,999. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay.
When will TRIPX launch?
Our target is Early 2027 at the latest. That is an estimate, not a promised date. Development, testing and finalisation are ongoing, and the design, mount and specifications may change.
Can I buy TRIPX now?
Not yet. Purchasing is not open.
Using TRIPX
What does TRIPX need to work?
Your phone, with the TRIPX app running and Bluetooth on. The app plans the route and sends each turn to TRIPX, so directions depend on your phone’s GPS, its connection and the map data. TRIPX does not navigate on its own.
Is it safe to use while riding?
TRIPX is designed to be read in a glance. Plan the route before you ride, keep your eyes on the road, follow traffic law and mount it where it does not block your view or controls. More in the terms.
